What We Do: General Contracting Operations

• Carpentry: Framing additions, building structural load-bearing walls, installing subfloors, hanging drywall, and executing custom finish work like cabinetry, trim, doors, and decks. We establish the physical structure that every other trade relies on.

• Electrical: Running new wire runs, upgrading service panels, wiring 120V/240V circuits, placing junction boxes, installing lighting fixtures, and tying in main power lines to code.

• Plumbing: Laying underground drains and vent lines, running supply lines, setting rough-ins for showers and sinks, piping gas lines, and installing final fixtures and water heaters.

• HVAC: Fabricating and running sheet metal or flex ductwork, sizing and mounting air handlers, furnaces, boilers, condensing units, wiring thermostats, and balancing airflow across rooms. Tune up and services as well. Fully licensed and certified for HVAC work.

• HVAC/R: Servicing and installing commercial refrigeration units, running specialized copper line sets, charging system refrigerants, and setting up digital temperature controls for walk-ins and chillers. Fully licensed and certified for HVAC/R work.
